Modern technology is awesome. There are so many utilities out there
now that can provide the knowledgeable Internet user with tools to
help do basic troubleshooting. However, if you need our direct
assistance, we can help. This page describes different methods of
addressing your problems. Free All of our clients receive up to one hour of free consulting / assistance each month. After the first hour you will be billed at the prevailing service rate schedule. Fee Based After the first hour that is provided to our clients, a service fee of $45 per hour will be accessed. We bill in 15 minute increments, by the way. Whenever possible we will attempt to service our clients through a remote connection. On site service includes travel time.
